How long will take for the pre-order / custom design products to be send?
For those pre-order products, it is depends on the stock availability. Please contact us before placing order. 

How long will take for the products to be send?
We do our best to dispatch your order in the shortest time period. However, during peak times, longer delivery time is expected and we will inform you at due course.

If you need the item urgently (i.e. as a birthday gift etc), we will do our best to expedite the delivery process.

What payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal ,Debit Card,Credit card ,Bank transfer payment for all products. 

How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping charges is depending on the location and weight of the item.

What postage couriers do you use?
We use only reliable courier services eg:Line Clear Express and third party professional courier services.

I bought one of your product. How do I know I am using it correctly?
You may refer to our Youtube link or instruction manual on how to operate your new purchase.

What warranty do you offer?
Because we use only brand new parts we offer warranty on parts supplied and the materials used to construct your products. This includes the internal components (computer electronic parts motherboard and monitor) of your products. The warranty does not cover software or software installation. All tear and wear parts will have 6 months warranty period.

Once we ship the order to you, we have no control over any configuration changes made. We do not take responsibility for any software configuration changes you make. If you have a part in need of replacements under the warranty, contact us and we will make arrangements to replace the item.

What to do if my product is malfunction in time?
All hardware is brand new as to avoid disappointment to our customers as well as provide a peace of mind. If any problem arises, please do contact us and we will do our best to address the issue in a shortest possible time.
